Digital order help

If you cannot download or open your book, contact us with your order number. We will help restore access or replace an incorrect or damaged file. Please tell us which file, device and reader you are using.

Refund requests

Contact us about duplicate charges, an incorrect product or a delivery problem we cannot resolve. We review requests individually and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. This page does not promise an automatic change-of-mind refund, and nothing here excludes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Because this is a digital product, no physical return is required. A refund does not erase copies already downloaded to your device. Please stop using and remove refunded copies.

Printed editions

Print ordering remains closed, so we are not collecting payment for physical copies.
